Practicing Handwriting is a necessary skill and doing it on worksheets every time can be boring for young kids. Even more some kids are not ready yet to hold the pencils but practicing through sensory play is the most effective alternative to this.
Shaving cream writing is a sensory based method of writing and it makes learning more effective as children engage their senses through touch and pay more attention making it a perfect play based learning activity.

Spray out some amount of shaving foam and spread it out evenly across the tray.

Spread the cream evenly again and practice another letter or word. You can also make your own letter cards for kids to see and write the letter.
