Supplies Needed

  1. Craft Sticks
  2. Paper – we used letter size paper
  3. Markers

Let’s Play & Learn

First and foremost you will need to have a list of words . It can be 2 different word families like – ‘at’ & ‘an’ or may be 2 different digraphs like ‘sh’ & ‘ch’.

Write all these words on the craft sticks . One word on one craft stick.

Next , you need to draw the roof(triangle) of the house and write the name digraph or word family.

Lastly jumble up all the craft sticks and explain your child to read and sort the word written in each craft stick.
