✨ Multiplication Array Building Craft
Turn math into a hands-on creative adventure with this fun Multiplication Array Craftivity! In this activity, kids will practice multiplication by building colorful “array buildings.”
They’ll start by reading each multiplication equation and then create an array—drawing squares in rows and columns to match the numbers in the equation. For example, 3 × 4 means 3 rows of 4 squares. Once the array is complete, kids can bring their buildings to life with colors, patterns, and their own imaginative flair!
This activity helps children see and understand multiplication as repeated addition, while also encouraging fine motor skills, creativity, and confidence in math.
Recommended Age – Perfect for 2nd–3rd graders or any child beginning to explore multiplication in a more visual way.
